Women Empowerment
Women Empowerment is a very broader terminology and covers lot many things. A small aspiration if achieved by the women, she feels empowered, irrespective of the social impact. Doesn't matter what a third person understands. For a small town woman if she desires to learn a two wheeler and by chance if she succeeds, she enjoys the achievement and her status in a peer group gets elevated.Understanding such trifle desires and acting upon it, and to cater several needs of a women which would enhance her skills and would have a larger impact on its social status. The various training programs organized are not with a complete expectation of the economical aspect, at times even possessing a skill has proven as empowered and influential role.
